I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Statistics. My current research is focused on statistical/population genetic methods related to ancestral recombination graphs. Prior to Oxford, I obtained my PhD in Human Genetics from the University of Chicago, where I worked on problems in theoretical population genetics and spatial patterns of genetic diversity. I maintain a website and occasionally blog about my research and computational tools I have found useful.
