I am a doctoral student on the Genomic Medicine and Statistics programme, run by the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics. My research is focused on developing new machine learning algorithms for problems in statistical and population genetics (co-supervised by Yee Whye Teh).

Before I came to Oxford, I studied mathematics at the University of Iceland and the University of Cambridge, and worked as a Research Associate at deCODE genetics.
